Account Information

Payment Information

When you select a paid subscription plan on Structure, we collect billing information. The billing information that we request depends on your method of payment. For example, to use a credit card, we may require a billing address and your card information. However, we do not store or retain this information; instead, all payments are securely handled by our payments processor, Stripe.

When you visit or use the Structure website or services, we may collect certain technical data about your website requests, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and location. We use this information to diagnose issues and prevent abuse. We clear logs often, and only persist certain logs if necessary to ensure the stability and security of our Services.

End Users

Structure does not have a connection with End Users. Customers of Structure are responsible for ensuring that the websites and web applications that they create and deploy on Structure’s platform are compliant with all relevant regulations and laws with regard to their website’s users. Any subject access request sent to us from an End User with regard to a Customer’s website or web application will be sent to the Customer who owns and operates the website or web application in question.
